church planting vision The vision for the Great Lakes Region is to raise up, train, and release planters and teams for 75 churches by 2013. Our goals to fulfill this vision: - Work with local churches to help them identify and train their potential planters.
- Sponsor conferences and events designed to cast vision for church planting as a worthy Kingdom calling.
- Develop and implement Church Planter (and team) Boot Camps to train planters in core competencies.
- Conduct timely and authentic assessments of potential planters.
- Nurture a healthy coaching network.
